From Newtown

9 Miles north of newtown on the A483, turn for Berriew, just before the garage, follow the road to the end and turn right to drop down into the village, just before the river bridge turn Left,( opposite the Talbot hotel, which is on your right). 1 1/2 mile to go. Follow the river out for 1 Mile, Bear right at the fork, signs in the trees, pass a black and white cottage in the hollow, and the farm is next on the right at the top of the hill. 1/2 mile from that fork.

From Welshpool

4 miles south of Welshpool, on the A483, turn for Berriew, 1 mile, enter the village, and bear left at the lion hotel, the river bridge is in front of you, cross the bridge, then stop and turn Right, (opposite the Talbot hotel which is on your left). 1 1/2 miles to go. Follow the signs for 1 Mile, Bear right at the fork, pass a black and white cottage in the hollow, and the farm is next on the right, at the top of the hill. 1/2 mile from that fork.
